History of the new Flag cocktail  of Cuzco, the Tic'a Pucalla'c

It's a cocktail that is based on our spirits flag brandy, Pisco, it was created by Eder Alva Chavez, with the intention to use a fruit like watermelon, which was chosen for its freshness and flavor, also with natural orange juice and in combination with Pisco, Cassis liquor and fresh dash of "Madre Selva" Amazonian Chillis sauce we give existence to a different cocktail, fresh and aromatic with a little chilli touch, is looking to make a difference to others based Pisco cocktails. This simple and tasty looking cocktail was the final objective to promote the consumption of PISCO brandy as the basis of modern cocktails for Peru and Cusco.
